These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prep Panda website and services at prep-panda.com ("Platform"). Prep Panda is operated by Expansion Path Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate details (name, email, mobile number, stream) when signing up, and you verify your mobile number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
Prep Panda provides CUET (UG) preparation services including mock tests, AI performance analytics, mentor-recorded "Panda Review" video diagnostics, 1-on-1 "Panda Mentor" sessions, the "Panda Blueprint" study plan, and the "Panda Squad" referral programme. Features available to you depend on your plan (Cub, Panda Plus, or Alpha Panda) and any add-ons you purchase.
Paid plans and add-ons are one-time purchases for the stated CUET cohort. Prices are shown on our Pricing section and are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. Access to a paid feature is granted immediately after a successful, verified payment.
All purchases are final. As our products are digital and access is granted immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content on the Platform — including mock questions, analytics, videos, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to Expansion Path Academy and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to use it for your own CUET preparation.
Panda Review videos and Panda Mentor sessions are delivered within the stated timeframe subject to availability. Bookings are tied to the slot you select; please attend on time. Recorded review videos are hosted on Google Drive and shared with you via a private link.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any particular exam score or admission outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Add city, state].
