When you purchase a plan (Panda Plus or Alpha Panda) or an add-on (Panda Review, Panda Mentor Session), the corresponding digital access — mock tests, analytics, review credits, mentor session credits, or the Panda Blueprint — is unlocked on your account instantly. Because these are consumable digital goods delivered at once, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Our paid plans are one-time purchases for the stated CUET cohort. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel — your access simply remains for the cohort you purchased.
A booked Panda Mentor session is reserved against a specific mentor and time slot. Session bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to help you reschedule, subject to mentor availability. Rescheduling is a courtesy, not a guarantee, and does not entitle you to a refund.
If you were charged but did not receive access, or you were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical error, email support@prep-panda.com with your payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed-delivery charges will be reversed to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
Where a reversal is approved under clause 4, it is processed through our payment partner Razorpay back to the original payment method. We do not issue cash or alternative-method refunds.
