This Privacy Policy explains how Prep Panda, operated by Expansion Path Academy ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use prep-panda.com ("Platform").

1. Information we collect

  • Account & contact details: your name, email address, mobile number, and chosen stream.
  • Learning data: mock test attempts, answers, scores, analytics, and review/booking history.
  • Verification: we verify your mobile number using a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS.
  • Technical data: a secure session cookie to keep you logged in; basic device/usage information.

2. How we use it

  • To create and manage your account and deliver the services you purchase.
  • To generate your performance analytics, Panda Reviews, and Panda Blueprint.
  • To verify your identity, process payments, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To contact you about your account, bookings, and (if you opt in) study updates.

3. Service providers we share with

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted processors:

  • Razorpay — to securely process payments. We never see or store your full card/UPI/net-banking credentials.
  • Twilio — to send your mobile OTP for verification.
  • Google — for optional "Sign in with Google" and to host mentor review videos on Google Drive (shared with you via a private link).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use a single, secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention & security

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data is stored on secured servers; payment card data is handled entirely by Razorpay under PCI-DSS standards.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@prep-panda.com. You can update most details directly in your dashboard profile.
