All Prep Panda products — mock tests, AI analytics, Panda Review video diagnostics, Panda Mentor sessions, the Panda Blueprint, and any add-on credits — are delivered electronically to your Prep Panda account.
Access is granted immediately after your payment is successfully verified. Your plan, credits, or booking will appear in your dashboard right away. A confirmation is recorded on your account.
Panda Review videos are delivered as a private link in your dashboard once your mentor records them. Panda Mentor sessions take place at the slot you book. These timelines depend on mentor availability and are communicated in-app.
If a successful payment did not unlock your purchase, email support@prep-panda.com with your payment reference and we'll resolve it promptly.
